These Terms & Conditions govern permitted access to BetPortal’s website, sportsbook, casino and related features. All stated monetary figures use USD. The cashier displays the controlling account-currency value and available method limits.
Eligibility and Account Registration

User Responsibilities

Prohibited Activity

- Bots, scripts, automated tools or software-assisted play.
- Underage play or access from a Restricted Territory.
- VPN, proxy or similar location concealment.
- Fraudulent deposits, chargebacks or stolen payment instruments.
- Arbitrage, value betting, bonus manipulation or low-risk turnover schemes.
- Threats, harassment, obscene chat or abuse towards users and staff.
- Exploiting errors, delayed rounds or technical faults.
Breach Consequences
A breach may trigger cancellation, suspension, blocked withdrawals, forfeiture, closure and reporting. Refundable funds remain subject to verification, debts and charges.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
Methods and limits depend on country, currency, provider and Account status. The general terms state no universal minimum or maximum. Current figures appear in the cashier. Cash and cheques are excluded.

Payment instruments must belong to the Account holder. Third-party deposits can forfeit winnings and return the deposit to its owner. Conversion uses the prevailing rate, with exchange premiums payable by the user. BetPortal never provides account credit. Customer funds remain separate from operational funds.
Deposits must usually be wagered 2 times before withdrawal. High-risk Accounts may face higher turnover. First withdrawals require KYC, address and payment verification. Payouts normally use the deposit method, subject to finance-team approval.
Published timings state 24 to 48 hours after verification or up to 3 business days where conditions are met. Provider settlement may add 1 to 5 business days. Risk checks may extend review by 14 business days. Only 1 pending withdrawal is allowed.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. A request during an active bonus may fail or cancel the bonus and related winnings. Real money requires verification and turnover. Fraud, irregular play or chargebacks can stop payment. Disputed charges should reach support within 14 days.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
Bonuses are discretionary and governed by these Terms plus offer-specific conditions. Activation signifies acceptance of eligibility, expiry, game, stake and withdrawal rules. Rewards may include welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins and free bets. Promotions are recreational incentives and do not reduce wagering risk.

Standard casino bonus money carries 30 times wagering; sportsbook bonus money carries 15 times. Specific offers override these defaults. Most eligible slots contribute 100%. General terms state 10% for table games and 5% for named categories. They separately state 0% for Sic Bo, Royal Craps, Baccarat and Red Dog. Current offer-specific rules take precedence.

Sports Betting
- A submitted Bet becomes valid only after acceptance and system recording.
- Accepted Bets cannot normally be changed or reversed.
- Settlement uses the official result and relevant market rules.
- An event unfinished within 48 hours is generally void, subject to stated exceptions.
- Obvious pricing errors, late bets, collusion or unfair advantage may cause voiding.
- A void Bet settles at odds of 1, returning the qualifying stake.
- Suspected unfair activity may suspend withdrawals for up to 31 calendar days.
- The single-Bet or spin Maximum Win Limit is $100,000, excluding approved jackpots.
Casino Games
- Games use independently tested and certified random-number generators.
- Published game information specifies rules and available RTP data.
- Casino system malfunction voids affected pays and plays.
- An aborted game returns the stake and any recorded accrued credit.
- Incorrect credits remain Company property and may be deducted.
- Error exploitation can cause suspension, frozen funds and cancelled activity.

Intellectual Property
Software, graphics, logos, text, code, interfaces, data and trademarks are owned by or licensed to BetPortal. Copyright, trademark and related laws protect these materials. Users receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission for lawful, non-commercial access.
Users must not:
- copy, alter, store, transmit or distribute protected material;
- reverse-engineer software or create derivative works;
- scrape, monitor or extract pages through automated or manual tools;
- remove copyright, trademark or ownership notices.
Unauthorised use may cause Account action and legal proceedings.
Limitation of Liability
Services are supplied on an “as is” and “as available” basis. BetPortal does not promise uninterrupted, error-free or entirely secure access. Downtime, network delay, data-transfer faults, user equipment and third-party systems may affect availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company excludes liability for indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss. This includes lost profit, data, goodwill or opportunity arising from use, interruption or misuse. Users remain responsible for internet access, device security, credentials and each decision to deposit or wager.
Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or another liability that applicable law does not permit parties to exclude.
Account Status, Closure and Dispute Resolution
BetPortal may restrict, suspend or close an Account for breached Terms, suspected fraud, AML concerns, underage access, prohibited location, self-exclusion, regulatory duties or conduct harming platform integrity. An Account inactive for more than 6 consecutive months may be classified as sleeping.
Possible Consequences
- Temporary Account or payment restrictions.
- Frozen funds during a lawful investigation.
- Cancelled bets, bonuses or promotional winnings.
- Permanent closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
Dispute Resolution
- Complaints may be emailed to [email protected] with acknowledgement within 1 working day and resolution sought within 30 calendar days.
- Unresolved complaints may proceed to the ADR body designated or approved by Anjouan Licensing Services Inc., with BetPortal bearing the cost and participating in good faith.
- Mandatory rights in an eligible user’s lawful jurisdiction remain unaffected; users should retain records and correspondence.
Changes to These Terms
BetPortal may amend these Terms for legal, regulatory, technical or commercial reasons. The current version appears on the website. Material changes may also be communicated by email, website notice or Account message. Continued permitted use after the effective date signifies acceptance.
Users should review the Terms regularly. Anyone rejecting a revision must stop using the services and may request Account closure.
